The Planet Waves CTM Chordmaster Tuner Metronome combines 3 great tools into a single unit. The first tool in the CTM is a guitar chord library with over 7,000 illustrated guitar chords. As an added bonus, a lefty mode makes it easy for left-handed guitarists to use the chord library. The second tool is a chromatic tuner that allows you to tune your instrument accurately and quickly. A microphone in the Planet Waves CTM picks up notes from acoustic instruments and a 1/4" input jack helps when tuning electric instruments. The tuning meter at the bottom of the LED shows when the correct note is being played, and the CTM tuner can be calibrated between A410 and A470. A memory function remembers the last frequency. Finally, the Planet Waves CTM features a metronome. The metronome can be adjusted from 20 to 250 beats per minute with 1 to 9 beats per measure. Flashing LEDs on the CTM correspond with the beats, and the first beat in each measure is accented acoustically. A mute function silences the audio and uses the LEDs exclusively as the beat reference.
