The Martin Guitar Humidifier will keep your acoustic guitar properly humidified during dry conditions, helping prevent major damage to your favorite instrument. Because acoustic guitars are relatively fragile instruments, with lots of delicate wood bracing and glue, they can be greatly compromised when relative humidity levels drop below 45% (common in the winter season and in dry climates). If humidity isn't increased, the dry conditions can result in cracks and/or warping that have the potential to essentially kill your guitar. The Martin Guitar Humidifier has a non-vinyl, non-allergenic construction with a sponge that absorbs ten times its weight in water and slowly emits the moisture back into the instrument. Because it is made in the USA from only the finest materials, the Martin Guitar Humidifier can be reused over and over to keep your prized guitar in top form. Each Martin Guitar Humidifier includes operating instructions with an illustrated diagram showing proper positioning on your acoustic guitar. While Martin humidifiers are great for C.F. Martin acoustic guitars, they can be used on most other acoustic guitars. Use only as instructed on the back of the package.
