Similar to the Kyser Quick-Change capo, but with a shorter arm that creates numerous tuning possibilities. Because only three strings are covered by the shorter arm, it can be used to simplify chords. Normally, the capo is placed on the 2nd fret to cover the A-5th, D-4th and G-3rd strings. The E, F#m, A and B2 chords can then be played very easily. A Short-Cut capo placed on the 5th fret can also be used in conjunction with a regular capo on the 3rd fret to play in the key of G. The capo includes instructions and several chord charts. The capo can be used on acoustic or electric 6-string guitars with curved frets.
